    This service is exclusively available for wigs originally purchased or made from Muva's Beauty Vault.

    This service includes:

    • Take off old lace and replacing it with new lace 
    • Bleached Knot
    • Customisation
    • Basic Styling

    Make sure you have also added the lace frontal you want to the cart if you do not have a new one to use for this replacement service. 

    LACE FRONTAL DROP OFF

    You are required to drop off or send your lace frontal to us if you have one that's not been purchased from us as soon as possible. As soon as your frontal has been received please allow 3-4 days for the replacement service to be completed. Once completed your wig will be sent back to you.

    Pre Order & Shipping Info

    All products are made available on a pre- order basis.

    Please allow up to 3 working days for order processing, followed by approximately 5 working days for shipping.

    Orders are typically delivered within 7-10 working days from the date the order was placed.

    Please note that stated working days exclude public holidays. During holiday periods, processing and dispatch times may be extended. Orders placed over the weekend will begin processing on the next working day (Monday). Once your order has been dispatched, you will recieve a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number, which can be used to monitor the progress of your delivery.

    To be eligible for this offer, you must purchase from us:

    • A closure or frontal + a minimum of 3 bundles

    Before checkout, please ensure you select "service" on the menu tab and select "book custom made wig offer". Also make sure you have correctly selected your correct wig cap size. There is a guide to help you know your wig cap size. All our custom made wigs are made from a sewing machine which makes all our units long lasting and very secure.

    Returns & Exchanges

    Returns Policy

    Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on hair extensions and wigs that have been opened, worn, altered, brushed or tampered with, as it is illegal to resell used hair.

    If you receive a faulty or incorrect item sent by us, a return will be considered. If this is the case please contact us via email with clear photographic evidence within 48 hours of delivery.

    How to Request a Return

    To initiate a return, please contact us at muvasbeautyvault@gmail.com with:

    • Your order number
    • Your full name
    • Reason for return
    • Clear photographic evidence

    Once your return request has been approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.

    Refunds

    After we receive your returned item and have inspected it, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    If approved your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 working days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.

    Exchanges

    We do not offer exchanges under any circumstance. It is your responsibility as the customer to carefully review and confirm all order details before placing an order with us.
