Shipping policy

Pre-Order & Delivery Information

All products are made available on a pre-order basis. Please allow up to 3 working days for order processing, followed by approximately 5 working days for shipping. Orders are typically delivered within 7–10 working days from the date the order is placed. Please note that stated working days exclude public holidays. During holiday periods, processing and dispatch times may be extended. Orders placed over the weekend will begin processing on the next working day (Monday). Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number, which can be used to monitor the progress of your delivery. While we aim to dispatch all orders promptly, delivery timeframes are provided as estimates only. Once an order has been shipped, delivery is handled by the courier and is outside of our control. For this reason, we strongly recommend placing orders well in advance of any scheduled appointments or events. We cannot accept responsibility for courier delays or reimburse shipping costs in the event of delayed delivery.
