These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from Muva’s Beauty Vault. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website.

1. Orders & Acceptance

When placing an order with Muva’s Beauty Vault, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete. Once an order has been submitted and processing has begun, it cannot be altered, cancelled, or amended. Responsibility lies with the customer to review all order details carefully prior to checkout.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion, including where:

  • Products are unavailable.
  • Payment cannot be authorised.
  • Fraudulent activity is suspected.
  • Pricing errors have occurred.

2. Pre-Order Basis

All hair units are sold strictly on a pre-order basis. Orders require up to 3 working days for processing before dispatch. All UK orders are typically delivered within 7–10 working days from the date the order is placed. As pre-order items are prepared specifically for each customer, they are non-cancellable and non-refundable once processing has commenced.

3. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times provided are estimates only. Once an order has been dispatched, it is handled by a third-party courier and is no longer within the control of Muva’s Beauty Vault. 

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier services
  • Customs procedures 
  • Weather conditions
  • Public holidays
  • Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are advised to place orders well in advance of any scheduled events or appointments.

4. Returns & Refunds

Due to hygiene and safety regulations, opened, worn, altered, brushed, washed, dyed, cut, or tampered hair extensions and wigs cannot be return as used hair cannot be legally resold. Returns will only be considered if an incorrect or faulty item has been received. Any issues must be reported with clear photographic evidence within 48 hours of delivery. If approved, a return address will be provided. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 working days. Shipping fees are non-refundable. 

5. Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. Customers are responsible for confirming all order specifications before completing checkout. For assistance prior to ordering, customers are encouraged to contact us via email or social media direct messages. 

6. Pricing and Payment

We accept major debit and credit cards, along with any payment options displayed at checkout. By completing a purchase, you authorise Muva’s Beauty Vault to process payment using your selected method.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

Payment must be received in full before goods are dispatched.

7. Product Care and Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for following all care instructions provided with their hair extensions or wig.

We are not liable for damage caused by:

  • Improper installation
  • Excessive heat styling
  • Chemical treatments
  • Dyeing or bleaching
  • Failure to follow care instructions
  • Misuse of products

8. Website Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the website unlawfully.
  • Interfere with website security.
  • Upload malicious software.
  • Attempt unauthorised access to systems.
  • Copy website content without permission.
  • Use the website in a manner that could damage our reputation.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to users who violate these Terms.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to:

  • Logos
  • Product images
  • Graphics
  • Videos
  • Text
  • Branding
  • Website design

is owned by or licensed to Muva’s Beauty Vault and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any content without our prior written permission.

10. User Content and Reviews

If you submit reviews, photographs, testimonials, or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, publish, and display that content for marketing and business purposes.

We reserve the right to remove content at our discretion.

11. Limitation of Liability

Muva’s Beauty Vault shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products, services, or website, except where restricted by law.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Any updates will be posted on this page.

Continued use of the website after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
